Now Tiffany has partnered with Tamika Young to opened up her own pastry studio, doling out delectable cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and specialty creations. Tiffany is a self-taught baker -- but you wouldn't know it from her custom designed cakes! She's transformed everything from sports jerseys, to brownstone buildings, to Rubik's cubes into tiered cakes. At Essex Street Market, I.M.
