Owner Saad Bourkadi originally hails from Fez, Morocco, where his family has been growing olives for four generations. Now living in New York, Saad is importing his family's oil for the first time. During this tasting, you'll whet your appetite with 12 different infused olive oils and 6 infused vinegars. You'll also compare 3 extra virgin olive oils from Morocco, Italy, and Spain and learn how to differentiate between them.
