Every Wednesday starting at 10:30am, join us for free cooking and nutrition workshops at the Market! Learn how to make delicious, affordable meals using fresh fruits and vegetables. These classes are free and open to the public (no advance registration necessary!), and also translated into Spanish.

Each week we'll demonstrate how to make a different recipe, such as sweet potato chili and beet-and-carrot slaw. Participants who attend the full workshop will receive a $2 "Market Money" coupon that can be redeemed for fruits and vegetables at the Market. Join us every Wednesday for a new recipe and lesson!

This week we'll be preparing a Curried Winter Squash recipe and discussing the financial and environmental benefits of eating in-season.
