Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at the baking industry, plus a taste of homemade croissants, bagels, and fresh bread! Guest speakers include Davidovich Bakery, Pain D'Avignon, the Urban Manufacturing Alliance, and a special guest from the new Eataly in downtown Manhattan, which has a special focus on bread.

The evening will start with a tasting from Davidovich Bakery and Pain D'Avignon from 6:30-7pm, and then a panel discussion from 7-8pm. RSVP is free but required!
